What is your RETURN POLICY?

Clothing & accessories are EXCHANGE ONLY (Must submit email request prior to exchange process for approval). NO returns/exchanges on ANY jewelry. Shoes are EXCHANGE ONLY (cannot be worn). All returns/exchanges must be in their original package/box. If no replacement item is chosen or available, store credit will be issued, & good for ONE YEAR. ****
What are my PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, & DISCOVER thru GOOGLE CHECKOUT. We do not offer PAYPAL, but if you prefer this method, please notify us via email prior to placing the order & we'll be happy to accomodate your request.
At this time, we do NOT accept personal/business checks, money orders or COD. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. Payment processing is SSL technology and your information is NOT shared or disclosed with any 3rd parties.
Once I place my order, how long will it take before I receive it?
Most orders take 7-14 business days but in some instances may take longer depending on the item's availability. Once the order is place, we will process & ship your order from the time you've received order confirmation. Again, because of our EXCLUSIVE inventory, there may be rare occasions where there may be a delay in shipping due to our distributors stock, etc. But you will be notified immediately of the delay - on these occasions, we will express deliver your order (at no additional charges, only if delay persists). We ask that you allow additional delivery time for the holidays & thank you for your patience and your business!
What if an item is OUT-OF-STOCK when I place my order?
As soon as we process your order, we can tell you whether an item is out-of-stock or will be backordered for some time. We will contact you to see if you would like to choose a similar item to replace backordered item(s) or we can ship that item separately when item arrives in stock. But we will always try to accomodate your order and keep our inventory in stock!
What if an item becomes BACKORDERED after my order has been placed?
Unfortunately that can happen since we ship directly from our warehouse or one of our many distributors and they don't usually know what is or isn't in stock right away until they begin packing your order, so we do apologize for that inconvenience. The customer's satisfaction is VERY important to us, so we usually offer a couple of alternatives or offer FULL REFUND for that item (only) that is not available (THIS WOULD BE THE ONLY EXCEPTION FOR A FULL REFUND).
Do you offer GIFT WRAP or PACKAGING?
YES!!! We NOW offer gift bags for purchase or if you would like us to package/gift wrap your items, we'll be happy to! We'll even take a photo of the finished product prior to shipping so you can see the beautiful gift you are sending to that special someone!
Do you offer GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we are NOW offering gift cards with increments of $25, $50, $100, & $500! They expire ONE YEAR from date of purchase & are good online or at our retail store (COMING SOON!).
